摘要
In this paper an attempt has been made to develop a mathematical model to study intracellular calcium distribution in T lymphocyte for a one dimensional unsteady state case. The model incorporates the parameters like diffusion coefficient, ryanodine receptors (RyRs), source influx and buffers. The boundary conditions have been framed using biophysical conditions of the problem. The finite element method has been employed to obtain the solution of the proposed mathematical model. The numerical results are used to study relationship between concentration and position with respect to source influx, buffers and ryanodine receptors (RyRs).
