摘要
The task of research on repeated segments in data sequences is considered in terms of genetic sequences. The principle of detection of repeats is offered based on comparison of specters of signal decomposition by classical orthogonal polynomials. The proposed approach can be applied in the search for extensive inexact repeats in different signals. © 2009 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
