摘要
The HPLC analysis of the buds, pollens and petals of two species ofAesculus is reported. Violaxanthin, neoxanthin, aesculaxanthin, lutein, β-carotene, β-cryptoxanthin β-citraurin and theircis-isomers could be detected with a diodearray detector utilising authentic samples.
