A block diagram and mathematical model of a brushless synchronous motor drive with a digital system of the coordinate regulation synthesized based on the principles of synergetic control theory are presented. The efficiency of the synergetic approach as a tool for developing digital ac drives is shown. © 2009 Allerton Press, Inc.
