摘要
The influence of the structure of phenol derivatives with hydrophobic orthosubstituents on their retention in microcolumn normal-phase high-performance liquid chromatography was considered. The dependence of the retention parameters of ortho-substituted phenols on the total polarity of the mobile phase was analyzed. The revealed trends were taken into account in the optimization of the chromatographic separation of the above compounds.
