摘要
Cu10Al–MoS2 coatings with the addition of Ti were fabricated on Q235 steel by laser cladding. The microstructure and phases of obtained coatings were analyzed using a super depth of field microscope and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The friction–wear test was carried out on a ball-on-disk wear tester under the oil lubrication condition, and the wear mechanism was also discussed in detail. The results show that the hardness of Cu10Al–Ti–MoS2 coatings increases with the increase in Ti mass fraction, while the coefficient of friction and wear rate are the opposite. The wear mechanisms of Cu10Al–3Ti–8MoS2, –6Ti–8MoS2 and –9Ti–8MoS2 coatings are combined actions of adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
