Effect of an interface on the magneto-optical and magnetotransport properties of film heterostructures

摘要
The effect of both the film-film interface and the SrTiO3 interlayer on the magneto-optical and magnetotransport properties of La 2/3Ca1/3MnO3-La2/3Sr 1/3MnO3 heterostructures, depending on the direction of external magnetic field, was studied. It is shown that the interface boundary makes a contribution characteristic of a manganite of intermediate composition to the magnetotransmission effect. © 2010 Allerton Press, Inc.
