Transverse and Longitudinal Components of Transitions in Vitreous Arsenic Chalcogenides

摘要
The main parameters of the optical transitions in the range 0–40 eV for vitreous As2X3 (X = S, Se, and Te), As36Se64, and As50Se50 are determined for the first time. The calculations are performed by a combined Argand diagram technique. The spectra of transverse and longitudinal transition components are obtained. The calculated spectra are in good agreement with the experimental photoemission spectra.
