摘要：
The results of studies of hydrolysis in films are presented. This mechanism is responsible for changes in the properties of materials during their use. A method is proposed for the diagnosing electrical insulation, which is based on analysis of the curve of restored voltage. © 2007 Allerton Press, Inc.
