摘要：
Eine 43-jährige Patientin stellt sich mit Schmerzen und Kraftminderung im Bereich des dorsalen Oberschenkels vor. Sie sei auf einem glatten Fußboden mit dem rechten Bein nach vorne weggerutscht. Dabei hörte sie ein Schnalzen, und anschließend hatte sie Schmerzen am Sitzbein.
