摘要
The Scientific-Research Institute for Power Generating Structure (SRIPGS) has considerable experience in research into safety of power generating water development works. The complexity of the issues involved in safety of such structures and the various safety evaluation methods which have been developed are discussed. This discussion includes determination of safety criteria and indicators, monitoring, risk estimation, and regulation and legislation.
