摘要
A new synthetic approach to 15-deoxy-Δ12,14-prostaglandin J2 and related compounds starting from Corey (±)-lactone diol has been developed. The key stage of this approach includes synthesis of a prostaglandin derivative possessing leaving groups in positions 9, 13, and 15 and their subsequent elimination by the action of an organic base.
