Free systems permit a decoupling of the equations of the internalmovement from the external parameters thanks to a particularparametrisation. The present paper extends this property to thesemi-free systems which have a friction free joint with the ground.First, a planar case (model of a skier) is completely treated. Then acase in which a friction free external planar joint is dealt with. Asfor the free systems the necessary parametrisation becomesnon-holonomic. Consequently Hamel–Boltzmann's method is used, and, forexpressing all the useful quantities for this method the Global InertiaTensor are used.
