Due to the advancement of technology and the high accuracy of measurement, the need for accurate, fast, and cheap measuring instruments is seen in today’s societies. There are various methods and parameters for measuring devices, and we refer to the desired measuring instrument according to the need. Among these measuring instruments are sensors. In this article, we present a flexible paper-based capacitive pressure sensor. We have designed a flexible and cheap sensor, compared to the manufactured samples, in the manufacturing method based on the roughness of the paper surface. PDMS diluted with n-Heptane was used as the dielectric layer. This sensor is made by simply drawing shapes on paper. Among the features of this sensor are fast response and high sensitivity to pressure. This sensor operates in the nanofarad range. Further, we made a capacitive pressure sensor using silver and Kapton sheet, which is characterized by high sensitivity and flexibility.
