摘要
For a parametrically uncertain model of the International Space Station (ISS), an algorithm using an adjustable model is proposed; on the basis of this algorithm, a self-tuning discrete bandpass filter is designed. The asymptotic stability of the proposed algorithm is ensured using the novel method for solving the matrix completion problem where the completed matrix is required to be stable. The use of the symbolic method for solving the matrix completion problem makes it possible to obtain a universal solution of the self-tuning bandpass filter design problem.
