摘要
A novel approach for preparation of capillary optical fibers using sol-gel method.New materials: silica-titania-phosphorus pentoxide and titania-phosphorus pentoxide.Homogenous and low-loss single layers of these materials.A novel modification of the application of thin layers on the inner walls of the silica tubes.Capillary fibers with attenuations below 0.02 dB/cm were prepared.
