摘要
In this article is presented an automated measurement system including microcontrollers and digital systems to study the magnetic permeability of a magnetorheological fluid (MR), which exhibits a change in rheological behavior and in viscosity instantaneously and reversibly stimulated by an external magnetic force. A JavaScript code that automates the measurements, has been provided in combination of the Digilent WaveForms measurement software application to characterize the magnetic permeability of MR fluids whose properties can change due to the application of a magnetic field.
