摘要
An engineering method called Unified Curve, which is similar to the Master Curve approach, is proposed for predicting the temperature dependence of the static fracture toughness for steels of various degrees of embrittlement (up to a very high one). The Unified Curve method has been extensively tested, and a comparison has been made between these two methods. The Master Curve is shown to be a particular case of the Unified Curve method.
