摘要
The problem of electrical safety involving the assessment of hazardous factors during repair of overhead transmission lines is considered. The conditions of occurrence of induced voltages and the characteristics of the sources of transferred potential are analyzed. The boundaries of the effective protection zone of the grounding device of towers are determined, and the dependence of touch voltage on the characteristic zones of the grounding device is studied. © 2020, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
