摘要
Anti-OMPC may be a familial trait in CD. This finding reflects a general but not entirely consistent body of literature indicating that IBD serologic patterns may run in families. This implies that anti-OMPC may serve as an immunologic risk marker for IBD and may represent a genetic susceptibility for CD. If genetically determined immunophenotypes are found to lead to IBD, an important insight into the etiology and pathophysiology of the disease may follow.
