Es wird das Frankfurter Rehabilitationsschema nach vorderer Kreuzbandplastik vorgestellt und mit den Erkenntnissen über Biomechanik, Propriozeption und klinischen Follow-up-Studien gerechtfertigt. Trainingstherapeutische Maßnahmen werden ausführlich dargestellt.
