摘要：
Das Felty-Syndrom ist eine seltene Verlaufsform einer schweren seropositiven rheumatoiden Arthrits mit Neutropenie und Splenomegalie. Die Therapie ist schwierig und die Prognose bei erheblichem Infektionsrisiko ungünstig. Es wird über einen Patienten mit therapierefraktärer Erkrankung berichtet, bei dem unter Rituximab eine anhaltende Normalisierung der Neutropenie eintrat. Wiederholte Infusionszyklen waren zum Erreichen und Erhalt der Remission erforderlich.
