摘要：

Die standardisierte Erfassung des Lymphknotenstatus beim Kolonkarzinom hängt sehr stark von der individuellen Qualität der histopathologischen Untersuchung und der chirurgischen Technik der Lymphknotendissektion ab. Wir haben geprüft, inwieweit die Anwendung der Sentinel-Lymphknoten-Biopsie (SLNB) zu einer Verbesserung des Lymphknotenstagings beitragen kann.
