摘要
A thematic principle of differentiation of access to information on the basis of hierarchical classifier was proposed. The notion of thematic multirubric was introduced. A lattice of multirubrics was constructed and used to develop a formal model of thematic differentiation of access to the information resources (objects) which enables design of protected automatic control system with full monitoring of the information flows.
