摘要
We study theoretically the tunneling magnetoresistance effect in ferromagnet/chiral triplet superconductor junctions using the generalized Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk theory. This effect rely entirely on the dependence of Andreev reflection on the relative orientation between the magnetic moment in ferromagnet and the d-vector in spin-triplet superconductor, The tunneling differential conductance and magnetoresistance are calculated for three types of chiral p-wave gap functions, and huge tunneling magnetoresistance effect is obtained in the strong spin-polarization and low-temperature regime. This effect might provide a valuable new source of device application.
