摘要
As the demand of designing the complex configuration like compound rotorcraft or tilt-rotor rotorcraft increased, prediction of performances for those complex configurations is important. Therefore, performance analysis for propeller or rotor-driven aircraft/rotorcraft has been performed to estimate the performance of several rotorcraft configurations. To achieve this goal, flight dynamic model, helicopter trim, linearization, and simulation (HETLAS) is used which could represent the flight dynamic characteristics of various rotorcraft from conventional rotorcraft, propeller-driven fixed-wing aircraft, to more complex configurations. Considering the detailed configuration, point performance analysis and mission performance analysis were performed. Point performance analysis predicts the maximum endurance and range and others with various flight conditions. Mission performance analysis predicts the performance based on given mission profiles. The proposed approach is validated with some reference data of the Bo-105 rotorcraft. And the proposed methods are applied to UAM (Urban Air Mobility) configuration at the end to estimate the performance of the developed conceptual UAM configuration.
