In this work, for given H, we investigate the existence of radial cmc H annulus spanning two given non necessarily convex Jordan curves in parallel planes of \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document}$${\mathbb{R}^{3}}$$\end{document}. We established some existence results under hypotheses relating the geometry of the curves and the distance between the planes.
