摘要
The mechanism of contact formation, determined by the temperature mode of condensation and technological parameters of the process, is explained. Theoretical calculations and their experimental verification show that, in the case of ordinary thermovacuum deposition, the preliminary heating of steel in a vacuum in an atmosphere of residual gases determines the formation of an oxide film corresponding to the γ-Fe2O3 structure.
