A Rare Case of Gastrointestinal Bleeding from Idiopathic Varices of Entire Colon

摘要：
A 40-year-old man presented to our emergency department with a 3-day history of melena. Colonoscopy revealed dilated submucosal veins through the entire colon—from rectum to ascending colon. No portal hypertension was seen. These findings favored a diagnosis of idiopathic varices of entire colon. The supportive care was provided.
