摘要
Poly (ε-caprolactone, PCL) matrix composite scaffolds with controlled gradient pore structure (GPS) were prepared by 3D printing. It is shown that GPS stimulates the osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in vitro. Curvature-assisted biomineralization and the effect of pore sizes are elaborated. Different effects of nanobioceramics (Bioglass and Titania) on the cell differentiation and tissue-ingrowth kinetics are reported. The fabricated GPS biomaterials by additive manufacturing could provide a new pathway for osteochondral regeneration.
