Let (A, T) be a locally A-pseudoconvex algebra over \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document} $${\mathbb{R}}$$ \end{document} or \documentclass[12pt]{minimal} \usepackage{amsmath} \usepackage{wasysym} \usepackage{amsfonts} \usepackage{amssymb} \usepackage{amsbsy} \usepackage{mathrsfs} \usepackage{upgreek} \setlength{\oddsidemargin}{-69pt} \begin{document} $${\mathbb{C}}$$ \end{document}. We define a new topology m(T) on A which is the weakest among all m-pseudoconvex topologies on A stronger than T. We describe a family of non-homogeneous seminorms on A which defines the topology m(T).
