摘要
The problems of reducing emissions of noxious substances while generating heat and electrical energy are scrutinized. A method is proposed for combined operation of a gas-turbine thermal and electric power plant and a heat pump, which helps reduce CO 2, NO x, and SO 2 emissions to the atmosphere as well as discharges of process waters into water bodies. This article is of interest to engineers and technologists dealing with issues of energy saving and environment protection. © 2011 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
