Dependence of second harmonic generation efficiency on the density of the optical mode

摘要
The results of numerical simulations of second harmonic generation in photonic band gap structures with GaAs/AlAs and SiO2/GaAs quarter-wave layers under the action of a femtosecond pulse pump are presented. The transmission and reflection coefficients and the density of the optical modes for these photonic band gaps were calculated.
