摘要
Oscillations of a charged drop of an incompressible liquid have been calculated to within the second order of smallness relative to the oscillation amplitude. It is predicted that a monopole component is present in the acoustic emission spectrum, which is related to the time dependence of the zero mode oscillation amplitude manifested in this approximation.
