摘要
We proposed and demonstrated a polymer-based wavelength division multiplex filter based on multimode interference for 1.31/1.55-μm bidirectional operations. A filter chip made of polymethylmethacrylate was fabricated using a hot embossing technique. The design of the filter chip was optimized by simulation based on the beam propagation method.
