Reviews history and development of the Division of Development on Monitoring-Measuring Equipment (DDMME), focusing on methods and instruments for full-scale investigations and diagnostic monitoring of hydropower structures and dams. Research and development in the field of meteorological support for condition monitoring of structures and foundations are considered.
