Methods for the qualitative assessment of functional and operational properties of polymer textile materials based on mathematical modeling, computer forecasting, and system analysis of their deformation processes are described. Such a qualitative assessment forms the basis for obtaining recommendations for the design of new polymer textile materials having specified functional properties.
