摘要
The revelations about fraudulent human cloning papers from the lab of Woo Suk Hwang raised doubts over a paper in Nature last August claiming that two Afghan hounds had been cloned. Two independent DNA analyses of ‘Snuppy’, the surviving putatively cloned dog, and of his nuclear- and egg-donor ‘parents’ appear online this week. The data are consistent with Snuppy being a genuine genetic clone of the nuclear-donor dog Tai.
