Abstract: Bibloporus ponderosus Kurbatov, Bryaxis extremalis Kurbatov, and Rybaxis nigrescens Jeannel of the subfamily Pselaphinae (Staphylinidae) are reported for the first time for Iturup Island. Data on the places and methods of collection of these species on Iturup Island and data on the distribution of Pselaphinae in the Kuril Islands are given. © Pleiades Publishing, Ltd. 2023.
