摘要
The model developed for the stress state arising in parts with coatings during their machining takes into account their fixation method and operating loads. The results of an analysis show that stresses exceeding their ultimate values for materials can arise in layers of the parts. So, the model allows one to calculate defect-free cutting conditions according to the maximum allowable bearing capacity of the structure.
