Heterogeneous effect in carbonized porous silicon

摘要
The spectra of photoluminescence from carbonized porous silicon were measured upon the anodic polarization of samples in an oxidative electrolyte. A significant increase in the intensity of a blue-green emission band was observed and attributed to a change in parameters of the silicon-silicon carbide heterostructure. In addition, the carbonized porous silicon exhibits effective electroluminescence in an oxidizing electrolyte.
