摘要
We tested the accuracy of the relaxation times T1 and T2 of MAGiC magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) by using a synthetic technique and comparing them with those obtained from conventional spin echo MRI. A phantom using a gadolinium contrast agent was produced and utilized to increase the accuracy of the measurement by minimizing the susceptibility effects that occurred in in-vivo experiments. This study showed that T2 mapping of MAGiC MRI has an error by comparing T1 and T2 of MAGiC MRI with those of conventional spin echo MRI, which provides the most accurate mapping value.
