摘要：
The exact types of pharmacodynamic interactions between riluzole and conventional antiepileptic drugs were evaluated in two available ways, the subthreshold and isobolographic analysis. Maximal electroshock test in mice was used as an animal model for generalized tonic-clonic convulsions.
