Three new species of dance flies (Diptera, Empididae) of the subgenus Polyblepharis Bezzi, 1909 of the genus Empis Linnaeus, 1758 are described and illustrated: E. (P.) bartakisp. n. (Kazakhstan), E. (P.) dulkeitisp. n. (Russia (Krasnoyarsk Territory)), and E. (P.) ozerovisp. n. (Kazakhstan). © 2017, Pleiades Publishing, Inc.
