Up to 40 % of cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL) occur with exclusive extranodal presentation, and involvement of the oral cavity is very rare. We report the case of a 40-year-old woman who presented with a gingival mass that was diagnosed as diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The patient was treated with chemoradiotherapy, thus, achieving a complete remission, and the patient is currently free of disease. © 2016, Springer-Verlag Wien.
