摘要
Methods for assessing the reliability of hydraulic structures at various stages of their life cycle (design, construction, operation) are considered. The solution to these problems requires a systematic approach consisting in a set of methods for studying objects and their subsystems, in particular, those of the structure and foundation. According to the principle of the non-admission of limit states, a transition from deterministic values impacting on the structure and characteristics of design models to their random, fuzzy equivalents—and, subsequently, to the use of diagnostic methods and expert assessments—was demonstrated to ensure reliability under conditions of greater uncertainty of initial data. © 2021, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.
