摘要
An infrared digital microprocessor pyrometer is described which makes it possible to control metal melting and hardening temperatures in both standard conditions and vacuum plants. The pyrometer is based on a RISC microcontroller. A diaphragmatic optical system providing spatial resolution and protecting the pyrometer against an evaporating metal is used. The system controls a measured dynamic temperature range of 20–2000°C. The measurement error is ≤2%.
