With a study of cosmological models with extra dimensions, the theory needs development of such a significant application as wave emission. If the extra dimension is large, it is to have a Minkowski limit when the size of the extra dimension tends to infinity. We propose an approach to arrange local emission in Minkowski space-time of any dimension. It is based on application of the distributions and differential operators of fractional order. We show that although the full field (scalar or vector) can propagate with any speed, the emission wave propagates with the speed of light but its amplitude has an integral behavior and may be calculated directly.
