摘要
The diffuse reflectance and luminescence spectra of Y2O3:Er3+ were studied under selective laser excitation. The results indicate that Er-doped yttria offers several sharp, strong emission bands in the IR (1.54 μm) and visible ranges. Raising the doping level to 10 at. % Er increases the intensity of IR luminescence.
