Chlorites from the Sakharin, Elov, Buruktal, Cheremsha, and Sinar deposits in the Ural province were studied by the X-ray phase, thermal, and microprobe analyses. Identification and description of chlorite species, including new ones, significantly widened the prospecting criteria for nickel and associated minerals.
